Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy

At PakTurk Furnitures, we build furniture to last a lifetime, and our policies reflect that. Three simple commitments cover every piece we sell.

Lifetime Wood Guarantee

Every PakTurk piece carries a lifetime guarantee on the wood itself, including custom-made furniture. If the wood cracks, warps, or suffers wood-boring insect damage at any point, we will exchange or replace the piece. For a custom-made piece, this means we remake it to the same specification. This guarantee covers the wood and is honoured as an exchange or replacement, not a cash refund.

Lifetime Exchange at Full Purchase Price

At any time, you can exchange your PakTurk furniture for a different piece from our collection. Your existing piece counts at its full purchase price toward the new one. Normal wear from everyday use is acceptable. There are no complicated condition clauses. If the new item costs more than your exchange credit, you pay the difference. Custom-made pieces cannot be exchanged.

70% Return

If you prefer not to exchange, you can return your furniture to us for 70% of its purchase price, at any time. Custom-made pieces cannot be returned.

All transport costs for collection and delivery during a return or exchange are paid by the customer.

Why We Can Offer This

We manufacture in our own workshops from properly dried solid wood. Most sellers cannot offer lifetime terms because they do not control their timber or their build quality. We do, so we put it in writing.
