Upholstery can be changed; the frame cannot. A solid timber frame holds its joints through years of daily sitting, while board and softwood frames loosen, creak, and eventually fail. Our frames are built in our own workshops from properly dried solid wood, which is also why they carry our lifetime wood guarantee.

Fabric and colour choices

The fabric decides the look and the maintenance. Darker fabrics hide daily use better in homes with children. Discuss fabric and colour with us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will guide you honestly. Custom fabric choices change the price, and we confirm the quote before starting.

Sizing for your lounge

A 5 seater set needs a generous lounge. A 3 seater suits medium rooms, and a 2 seater works in small lounges and bedrooms. Measure your room before ordering and leave walking space around the set. If your room falls between standard sizes, custom work can adjust dimensions.

Custom sizes and finishes

Non-standard dimensions, a specific fabric, a polish to match existing furniture: custom work covers all of it. Custom work changes the price, so we quote on WhatsApp before starting. A 50% advance places the order, and our standard making time is three weeks.

Delivery and our wood guarantee

Delivery is arranged for every order and charged fairly: our own transport in Islamabad and Rawalpindi with your approval, TCS for other cities. Delivery is not free; we confirm charges before dispatch. Every set carries our lifetime wood guarantee: if the solid wood frame itself ever fails (cracking, warping, or wood-boring insect damage), we replace or exchange it. If your plans change, you can return furniture to us for 70% of what you paid.
