Why solid wood

Dining tables live rough lives: three meals a day, spilled salan, steam, daily wiping, kids doing homework at the table. MDF does not handle this well. Once the surface chips or swells, repair is rarely worth it.

Our tables are solid timber, built in our own workshops. We use imported pine wood, properly dried and hand-finished. Prefer sheesham or dayar (deodar)? We can build in those too, if you want the traditional heavyweight build. A solid wood top can be sanded and re-polished after years of use. We do re-polish work on our own furniture. Solid timber throughout: no particle board, no veneer over chipboard.

How custom orders work

1. Tell us your headcount and room size. We recommend the right table dimensions.
2. Choose with or without chairs: full dining sets for a matched look, or a standalone dining table with dining chairs you pick separately.
3. Pick your wood and finish: pine, sheesham, or dayar; polish from natural to dark walnut. Custom work changes the price, so we quote you on WhatsApp before starting.
4. We build and deliver. Our standard making time is three weeks. Islamabad and Rawalpindi by our own transport with your approval, other cities by TCS. Delivery is not free; we confirm charges before dispatch.

How to choose dining room furniture

Step one: count your seats honestly. Not the family, the maximum guests. A 6-seater of roughly 72 x 36 inches suits most Pakistani families. Go 8-seater if you host dawats regularly. Our dining sets bundle table and chairs in matched designs, which saves the headache of pairing them yourself.

Step two: decide on chairs. Already own chairs you love? Buy just the dining table. Starting fresh? Our dining chairs are solid wood and sold with the table or separately.

Step three: think about the next ten years. Chairs get dragged, leaned back on, and climbed by toddlers. Solid wood chairs can be tightened, re-glued, and re-polished. The dining set is the most expensive furniture to replace, so it is the worst place to cut corners on materials.

Step four: pick your wood. Imported pine is properly dried, strong, and takes polish well: right for most families. Sheesham is darker and denser, the traditional choice. Dayar (deodar) sits between the two in weight and tone. All three are solid timber and carry our lifetime wood guarantee. The choice is about look, weight, and budget.

Islamabad and Rawalpindi by our own transport with your approval; other cities by TCS, packed properly. Our standard making time is three weeks, whether you order a custom design or a standard item made fresh on order. We confirm delivery charges before dispatch.

Our wood guarantee

Every dining piece carries our lifetime wood guarantee. If the solid wood itself ever fails you (cracking, warping, or wood-boring insect damage), we replace or exchange it. If your plans change, you can return furniture to us for 70% of what you paid.
