Living room furniture takes more abuse than anything else in the house. The sofa gets sat on all day, jumped on by kids, and judged by every guest who walks in. Most sofas in the market are MDF and chipboard frames under foam and fabric, they start creaking and sagging within a couple of years. Ours are built on solid wood frames, made in our own workshops. That includes our sofa sets, center tables, coffee tables, and TV consoles.

Our standard wood is imported pine, strong, properly dried, and finished by hand. Sheesham is available on request if you want the heavier traditional build. A solid wood frame does not loosen or sag. And when the fabric wears out years from now, the frame is still worth reupholstering. In Pakistani homes the living room does double duty, formal drawing room for guests, family lounge the rest of the time. Our sofas are built for both.

Almost everything can be customised: sofa size and seating depth, fabric and colour, polish and finish. Tables can be matched to your sofa set or bought on their own. Custom orders usually take around three weeks.

Why solid wood

Sit on enough sofas and you notice what the showroom never mentions: the wobble. A small sideways give when you drop into the corner seat. That is usually a frame of chipboard and staples, already loosening. A lot of sofas in Pakistan are built this way: board panels wrapped in foam and fabric, priced like solid wood.

We build our sofas on solid timber frames in our own workshops. The standard is imported pine, properly dried for stability. Sheesham is available on request for the heaviest build. A solid wood frame does not creak loose in two years and does not sag in the middle. When the fabric eventually wears out, the frame is still worth reupholstering. That is the real test of a sofa.

How custom orders work

  1. Tell us your space and how you will use it. Five-seater or seven? Formal drawing room or daily family lounge?
  2. Choose your fabric, colour, and polish. Custom work changes the price, so we quote you first. Message us on WhatsApp and we confirm everything before starting.
  3. We build it in our workshops: frame, upholstery, and finishing under one roof. Our standard making time is three weeks.
  4. Delivery: our own transport in Islamabad and Rawalpindi with your approval, TCS for other cities. We confirm the charges with you before dispatch. Delivery is not free.

How to choose living room furniture

Start with the sofa, then build around it. Our sofa sets range from compact five-seaters for apartments to seven-seaters for formal drawing rooms, all on solid wood frames with fabric of your choice.

Then the tables. The question everyone asks: what is the difference between a center table and a coffee table? In Pakistan the two names are used almost interchangeably, so here is the practical difference. A center table is the larger, more formal piece in the middle of your seating, often with storage or a display top. A coffee table sits lower and closer to the sofa, for chai cups, remotes, and books. Most homes need one or the other; larger lounges use both. Finally, our TV consoles are solid wood units sized for modern screens, with closed storage for remotes, consoles, and cables.

Measure your room before ordering. Mark the sofa outline on the floor with tape and leave at least 75 cm of walking space around the seating. A beautiful sofa set that swallows the room is the most common mistake we see.

Fabric: the part you will touch every day. For family lounges with kids, pick something washable and mid-tone. For formal drawing rooms, heavier textured fabrics look richer and last longer under light use. Tell us how you will use the sofa and we will recommend honestly.

Delivery across Pakistan: what you actually pay

Sofas are bulky, and delivery is not free. We arrange delivery for every order and charge it fairly. Islamabad and Rawalpindi by our own transport with your approval; other cities by TCS with proper packing. Our standard making time is three weeks, whether you order a custom design or a standard item made fresh on order. We confirm charges before dispatch.

Our wood guarantee

Every wooden part carries our lifetime wood guarantee. If the solid wood itself ever fails you (cracking, warping, or wood-boring insect damage), we replace or exchange it. If your plans change, you can return furniture to us for 70% of what you paid.

Yes. Fabric selection is part of every custom order, from washable everyday fabrics for family lounges to heavier formal upholstery for drawing rooms. We confirm your choice and the price before production begins.
